Shipping policy

We utilize UPS and USPS. After your payment is authorized and verified, please allow 3-5 business days to process your order and ship it out.

You will receive shipping confirmation within 5 business days from the day your order was placed.

You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order is shipped. If you do not receive your tracking information within 72 hours of purchasing, please send an email to info@stroziera.com.

Please be mindful that we ship order a couple time throughout the week. If your order is placed on Saturday it will not be processed until the following business day.

If your order has been shipped and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order please contact USPS for further information. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once the package is in the possession of USPS.
